Diana Day Foskett joined Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, P.C. in 2021 as a litigation associate. She provides litigation services to a broad range of clients in cases involving business, municipal, insurance, personal injury, and construction issues. Diana has an extensive background in state and federal litigation on behalf of individuals, small businesses, Fortune 100 companies, and government agencies. She has represented public and private clients in cases involving significant business disputes, construction and engineering, employee discipline, civil rights, and death/serious injury claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana worked at a law firm in Phoenix, Arizona practicing business, insurance, and medical malpractice litigation. She then served in the public sector as an attorney for both state and local governments, focusing on high-profile litigation involving elections and constitutional claims, public infrastructure projects, employment, personal injury, and wrongful death. She also served in the general counsel role for a public pension system with over $40 billion in assets under management.
Diana and her family relocated to the Pioneer Valley in 2021. She is a member of the Hampden County Bar Association and Hampshire County Bar Association. Diana is currently serving a three-year appointment as a member of the City of Northampton Transportation and Parking Commission.
